Chinchero

El poblado de Chinchero será nuestro primer punto de visita el cual se encuentra ubicado cerca de la laguna de Piuray, Chinchero fue elegida por el Inca Tupac Yupanqui para la construcción de su residencia, años más tarde se erigiría la actual iglesia Colonial de Nuestra Señora de Monserrat. El poblado de Chinchero es unos de los pocos lugares en América donde se siguen utilizando las técnicas tradicionales del teñido de las fibras por medio de colorantes de origen vegetal, mineral o animal. Los tejedores de Chinchero tejen tradicionalmente en la técnica de doble cara, o cara doble de urdimbre creando textiles de gran calidad y con diseños tradicionales que reflejan sus vivencias y creencias, usted será participe de una demostración en la cual los pobladores les mostraran estas técnicas ancestrales.

Salineras de Maras

Las Salineras de Maras nuestro segundo punto de visita pertenece al poblado Maras, el cual fue de gran importancia durante el Virreinato, fue el principal abastecedor de sal de la sierra meridional, así lo demuestran la iglesia y las casonas que aún conservan los escudos de nobleza indígena en sus fachadas.

Las Minas de sal de maras sorprenden al visitante por los más de tres mil pozos que presentan y que en la actualidad siguen siendo trabajados por más de 360 familias, quienes han heredado esta costumbre y labor extractiva artesanal; la comercialización de la sal se encuentra a cargo de la asociación Maras Sal, encargada de velar por intereses de la comunidad desde finales de los años 80.

Moray

Moray el tercer punto de visita es una muestra de cómo el hombre andino desafío a la naturaleza y aprovecharon su medio geográfico para utilizarlo en su beneficio, estos andenes circulares sirvieron de laboratorio agrícola que permitió obtener una gran variedad de especies de papa, maíz, entre otros productos.

Ollantaytambo

Ollantaytambo será nuestro cuarto punto de visita, esta hermosa ciudad Inca en el Perú es ella única que aún es habitada por las familias locales. Ollantaytambo constituyó un estratégico centro militar, agrícola y religioso para administrar y controlar esta parte del Valle Sagrado de los Incas

Urubamba

Urubamba posee unas hermosas vistas del Valle Sagrado, este será nuestro punto de descanso para poder disfrutar de nuestra gastronomía peruana, este momento será para privilegio de vuestros paladares.

Pisaq

El poblado de Pisac será nuestro último punto de visita, el poblado de Pisac tiene una arquitectura mestiza construida sobre restos indígenas por el virrey Toledo. El conjunto arqueológico que conforma Pisac habría sido construido durante el siglo X y XI de nuestra era, en el periodo de la expansión incaica y hubiera tenido finalidades urbanísticas y religiosas.

Chinchero

The town of Chinchero will be our first point of visit which is located near the Piuray lagoon, Chinchero was chosen by the Inca Tupac Yupanqui for the construction of his residence, years later the present Colonial church of Our Lady of Monserrat was built.
The town of Chinchero is one of the few places in America where traditional techniques of fiber dyeing are still being used through dyes of vegetable, mineral or animal origin. Salt mines in Maras

Moray
