PERSONALIZED ATTENTION

Each tourist or group of tourists upon arrival are greeted at the airport or bus station by one of our bilingual representatives and then transferred to your hotel and you can rest. During the transfer, from the airport or bus station to the hotel, each passenger receives general information and practical recommendations about the city where you are, then you will get detailed information about the places you will visit during your stay in the city. Our company offers travel facilities, flexibility and freedom that you want. That's why a variety of trips have been created to places that can be combined for a reasonable price.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our payment policy, in case of individual, group passengers, requires that our services be canceled 50% 15 days before the arrival of passengers, unless different conditions are specified.
Any modification to agreed services or the hiring of new services once the trip has begun, will be paid directly by the passenger.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Ways to make the prepayments for the confirmation of the requested services:
  • VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card through PAYPAL (+ 10%).
  • Bank Deposit (For bank transfers from abroad add $ 20)
  • Sending money by Western Union or Money Gram.

DOCUMENTATION

The passenger is responsible for having their passport or other travel document and visas valid according to their nationality accepted by the laws of the governments of the countries they are visiting. In order to make reservations you will need to have the following information for each passenger: Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, age, Sex. It is recommended to inform allergies, illnesses, passenger conditions, characteristics of each passenger.
